Pooling the knowledge of those years of experience has created a company that can satisfy the most demanding needs of racers of all levels. We have raced and engineered everything from go-karts to LeMans Prototypes. Being based at the spectacular Miller Motorsports Park we are exposed to many forms of motorsport. Team

	Pete Mercier Pete joined RaceCo as the Technical Director in 2010. With him he brought a wealth of knowledge and experience from over 20 years in professional motorsport. Pete has filled just about every roll in his many years of racing. He gained valuable racing experience as a driver from go karts to ALMS prototypes. Through the years Pete educated himself on the technical aspects of racing and found himself engineering race cars at the highest levels of the sport, even competing in the 24 Hours of LeMans. With many wins and championships under his belt, Pete is now focused on using his experience to help build RaceCo into a full service motorsports company.
	Ian Lacy Hailing from northern California, BR RaceCo founder, Ian has over 16 years of experience in the motorsports industry. After graduating from the Russell Racing School Mechanics Training Program in 1996 he pursued a career as a driver. While doing so he has also filled the roles of driver coach, crew chief, and engineer in such series as FF2000, Formula Mazda, Grand-Am and ALMS. He brings his vast experience the the BR RaceCo team to support it’s drivers and customers.
	Beau Bennett Beau's passion for motorsports brought him to RaceCo. He served as an apprentice with us for more than a year. He is currently working as a junior technician.
